1How can I know which product is right for me?
All the details about our products can be found here on our website. Choose the product you're interested in and discover exactly which one is right for you. Not sure? For any additional questions, feel free to contact us.
2Does the delivery require an additional fee?
If you purchase products totaling 500 ₪ or more, the shipping is on us—completely free. If your purchase totals less than 500 ₪, the shipping cost is just 45 ₪.
3When will my order arrive?
All orders are delivered to your home (except for remote locations) within 5 business days, not including the day the order was placed. The delivery company will contact you via SMS before the courier arrives. Business days do not include holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
4Can I receive product samples?
At this time, samples are not available. We're sorry, but trust us—every one of our products is worth buying.
5What is your product return/exchange policy?
You can return a product within 14 days of its arrival. If the product has not been opened and hasn't been used, contact our customer service, send us the product, and receive a full refund. If the product has been used, contact our customer service, send us the product, and check if you're eligible for a partial refund.
6I received a damaged product. What should I do?
If you received a damaged product, please contact our customer service, and we will arrange for the damaged product to be replaced as soon as possible.
7 Are Liberalex products approved by the Ministry of Health?
Of course. All Liberalex products, without exception, are approved by the Ministry of Health.
8Have Liberalex products been tested on animals?
None of our products have been tested on animals :).
9What skin types are your products suitable for?
Our products are suitable for all skin types! However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
10Can I propose a business collaboration?

11How can I cancel or change my order?
Our order center works quickly to get your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore, changes or cancellations of orders can be challenging. But don’t worry! Contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you return the products or exchange them for others.
12What should I do if I received the wrong order?
Contact us immediately, and we will send you the correct products.
13I forgot the password to my account - what should I do?
Click on the login icon at the top of the page and follow the steps.
14Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but it's worth it! Our club members receive exclusive benefits, birthday gifts, and are the first to know about promotions and launches. However, if you don't want to create an account, simply choose the "continue as a guest" option before checkout.
